Royal Oaks Building Group is a multiple-award-winning builder in Raleigh and Fayetteville, North Carolina. With more than ten new home communities in the Raleigh metro area, Royal Oaks relies on their website to keep track of their available inventory and online leads. 

Royal Oaks Homes really understands the importance of keeping a website up-to-date with online trends. Their third website redesign with us centered on mobile responsiveness. Instead of having a separate website for mobile users, their site design is now smart enough to understand a user's screen size and adapt itself accordingly, making it easy to navigate when viewed on a phone or tablet. 

Matt and his team understood that online trends were moving in favor of mobile usage, and that they needed to capitalize on that opportunity. By the time their responsive site launched in 2014, mobile accounted for more than half of all Internet usage. 

The upgrade to responsive design meant less users were bouncing from the site and instead spending more time browsing the Royal Oaks available homes and communities. This led to a 40% increase in online leads. The website has rapidly become the focal point that Royal Oaks' business revolves around.
