Spencer Jenkins holds the responsibility of outside sales for Builder Designs. Over the last 14 years, Spencer has gained experience in the hardware and software sales arena and prides himself on his ability to analyze customers individual needs while maximizing their ROI.

A graduate of Kansas State University, Spencer is an avid fisherman and enjoys the great outdoors. He is married with two children.

Brian Smallwood joined Builder Designs after 7 years as an art director/graphic designer working on projects for a wide variety of clients. Brian's creative range covers identity, advertising, print, publication, web and product design. Over the years Brian has completed projects for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Hallmark Cards, Abbey Press, K&Company, UPCO and Andrews & McMeel Publishing, Coldwell Banker Advantage and Rodrock Development to name a few.

Brian graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.F.A in Graphic Design and is one of two Jayhawks in the Builder Designs family. Brian is married with two children.

Chad Wagner has enjoyed 10 years in the creative arena. Over his career he has partnered with such clients as The Salvation Army, Olathe Chamber of Commerce, Saturn, Kearney Commercial Bank and the Olathe Parks Service. When Chad is not surpassing customer expectations at Builder Designs he can be found writing and performing music with his band Maximus.

Chad graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.F.A in Graphic Design and joins Brian as a proud Jayhawk in the Builder Designs family. Chad is married with no children.

Michelle Rierson joined Builder Designs after spending recent years specializing in marketing new home construction and new home communities with a local real estate company.

Prior to her real estate marketing career, she worked for over a decade in television marketing and promotion for the local ABC and CW affiliates as well as Hearst-Argyle Television corporate on national projects incorporating print, video, 2-D and 3-D animation. A graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City, she has a B.A. in studio art with minors in computer animation and broadcast television.

Deborah St Croix brings her love of structure, streamlining, efficiency and organization to the hallowed halls of Builder Designs. After traveling the world, she has decided to make Kansas her home. With a passion for music, numbers - and a degree from the school of life - she is the flair on the suspenders of Team BD.

After a brief interlude at the University of Delaware, she has enjoyed an eventful career at high profile companies such as Seabrook Classics, Co-Energy Group, Werthan Industries and Polymer Technologies. She is a voracious reader, rides motorcycles and is learning capoeira.
